I know I’m here late, but I really like how you used evaporated milk! I never thought about it, but it makes so much sense! I know most people, myself included, use heavy cream for pumpkin pie, but using evaporated milk makes so much more sense! There’s more milk fat content in evaporated milk so the end result would definitely be more consistent! Thank you! This is actually super helpful!
